It’s crazy to think I am sitting here writing this recap for you all. I saw on Instagram the other day someone wrote how February was a month away. ONE MONTH AWAY. That sent a chill down my spine. Why is it the older we get the quicker time flies? I went into 2019 with no intentions or goals to manifest (at least I thought) and what a year 2019 was! I had some really incredible experiences. So to mark the end of 2019, here is a review of the things that stood out for me amongst a year of incredible experiences!

I kicked the year off shooting Tigerlily’s debut jewelry line, launched my first Style Series which was well received by you all (so thank you!!) and continued my work with Westfield Warringah Mall. A few months in saw me shoot with Saba and Bonds Australia. I spent Easter in Bendigo with my family and celebrated the 40th birthday of MARCS clothing by shooting their limited edition button-down blouse.

We went to America in May. Starting off in Hawaii with our best friends. Where I got ENGAGED!!! Countless Cheesecake Factory visits, followed by New York, DC, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Yosemite National Park, LA and the purchase of my dream coat, my Burberry Trench Coat.

I had the opportunity to preview the new Tigerlily collection at the most incredible location and was also treated to a morning tea with Forever New at Spicers Potts Point. I made a huge career change and went back to school to study Fashion (Business)!

Our annual Friends family snow trip was held in August and we went back to Thredbo for a long weekend of laughs, food, and snowboarding. I worked at the David Jones SS Showcase, attended the launch of Minenssey’s new hydrating range with Vogue Australia.

We sat front row at the Kookai SS Bonita show, worked on the Dior SS Showings, attended the launch of Delta Goodrem’s latest fragrance and found my wedding dress(!) I was very lucky to shoot with Tigerlily again. We also held our engagement party and moved into our new house.

To finish the year, I had the amazing opportunity to work with Showpo. I attended the launch of Superga’s first Australian store and shot my final 2018 shoot with Cotton On.
